What is the admission procedure?

What are the school timings?
School timings are: 08:30 am to 04:30 pm for High School, 08:30 am to 03:30 pm for Primary School, and 08:30 am to 12:30 pm for Pre-Primary
Will the school authorities be taking adequate measures to ensure hygiene in the school?
We uphold a strict code of cleanliness and hygiene. The principal of the school and the school administration both conduct routine inspections and monitoring
What kind of security is offered to the students?
The school is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance and constant monitoring by the heads of the institutions
How often will there be PTMs?
We conduct a PTM after every Periodic and Term-End Assessment
Can a parent communicate or contact the school to interact other than PTM?
Through a mobile app, we facilitate communication between teachers and parents. We also offer various ways for people to interact, including SMS, email, IVRS phones, social media, live events, and so on
Why is the fee structure of your school so high?
We should say that our fee structure is reasonable as we provide the best infrastructure and amenities on a 3-acre land, the best education with highly qualified personnel, specialised training in sports with experienced coaches, competitive training for Olympiads with special programs, national and international expos and events….etc
What curriculum will the school follow?
Akshara follows the CBSE curriculum for all grades, the curriculum is aligned with the IB methodology in the Preparatory and Foundational stages of schooling
What kind of Textbooks do follow in school?
We follow International Standard books by Oxford, Cambridge and Collins at Pre-Primary and Primary Levels till Grade 7 and NCERT books from Grades 8 to 10
Are the teachers well-qualified?
The teachers are well-qualified with professional certification and are thoroughly verified. They are qualified with experience and are constantly trained by the Academic Resource and Development Team periodically and annually
How do you take care of students who are weak in a particular subject?
First and foremost, we do not believe that a student is weak. It is only the aspect of time taken to grasp and understand a particular subject, concept or skill. Hence, the teachers allot LSP programs that are specially intended to develop the child’s interest. It is clear that if a child is interested in the subject, he/she will certainly learn it better
What are A-SAP, A-SEP & A-SAT?
These are specially designed programs to enhance the critical, logical, scientific and linguistic skills of the child. A-SAP: This program means (Akshara’s Scholastic Attainment Program) as the name suggests it helps the student to attain the fundamental or basic knowledge on the subject or topic in Math and Sciences. A-SEP: This program means (Akshara’s Skill Enrichment Program) as the name suggests it helps the student to enrich their skill to the highest level in a subject or topic in Math and Sciences to excel in any Olympiads or IITJEE…etc. A-SAT: This program means (Akshara’s Student Apex Tweet) As the name suggests it helps the student to express to the apex (highest point) in the English language in pronunciation, comprehension, articulation, body language, and power communication…etc, till the aim for TOEFL, GRE….exams. We are the first of the kind to implement such program in school education. All these programs are inclined to develop the students in facing national or national entrances and competitive exams
What are the other programs in the school that benefit the student?
SLC- Student Led Conference – where students are involved in the class and they lead the conference explaining their learning of concepts, their experience and their perspectives of education. ETZ- Extra Time Zone—This is a specially dedicated time zone that is concentrated on developing the sportive, creative and artistic skills of the students. The students are free to choose their choice of skills to be trained by skilled and experienced coaches and trainers
What were the results of Grade 10 CBSE last year?
The School had achieved 100 % pass results with no compartments or failures in the last batches. We had 495/500 with several A1 Grades and Appreciation Certificates of Merit from the CBSE Board. Thanks to A-SAP & A-SEP for being instrumental in getting such tremendous results
What were your past achievements?
Our achievements are a mix of academics and sports. Unlike other schools that limit only to one thing. Aksharites had been excelling for a decade as the top rankers in IITJEE, NTSE, Our Aksharite bagged the incredible 1st rank in the NTR GEST Examination. Additionally, Aksharites have always been champions in the state and national levels sports in indoor as well as outdoor championship events
