The Fleet of Vehicle Transport

We are currently operating our own fleet of buses. Each bus is deployed with an attendant to help students board and deboard the bus. We have more than a hundred buses operational all across our branches.

Akshara International schools provide hassle-free transportation facilities to students and teachers. We have specially sourced our fleet of buses which enable a reliable and safe commute. Even though the transportation facility is optional, Akshara takes utmost care in ensuring smooth, safe, and secure travel. The transportation team is managed by an experienced transportation in-charge with rich experience in heavy and light vehicle driving, routing, scheduling, travel management, and maintenance.

Breath Analyser Tests

We conduct Breathe Analyser Tests to inculcate strict discipline among drivers and ensure safe travel for all commuters. We also organize special orientation sessions for newly joined drivers. Transportation Department also conducts periodic fitness tests for all drivers.

Well Trained Team of Employees

Akshara has employed a dedicated team for transport consisting of drivers attendance and additional support staff who operate under the guidance and planning of the transportation in charge in each branch. we exercise high care to offer an easy-to-use and comfortable commute experience for all our students.

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance

The accompanying attendants ensure cleaning and dusting of buses every day in the morning before starting for pickup. All the buses are washed and serviced at regular intervals.

Mobile App Support

All the students who opted for school transportation are provided with an exclusive Transportation Support Module in Akshara Parent Mobile App. It provides route information, details of pickup and drops location, timings of pick and drop, etc. Special SMS alerts will be sent to them on regular basis to update them on transportation-related issues/concerns.

Bus Routes

At present, Akshara Schools are operating 20 to 30 Bus Routes in each branch that are at various distances from the school. These buses provide transportation services to students and teachers within a radius of 20 km from the school.

Safety & Hygiene

Akshara International School follows strict health and safety guidelines to protect children, parents, and staff alike. Furthermore, our Campus is cleaned and disinfected daily, to ensure our students are in a safe and clean environment. Not only are the floors and surfaces cleaned, but we also wipe and disinfect other surfaces such as educational materials, toys, tables and chairs to keep our children in the best health.
